Railroad View: Excellent View from all 4 rooms.  Plus photography is easy from the property or bridge over the railroad located next to the Tunnel Inn.  There are lights that illuminate the railroad at night to help you video passing trains after dark.

A westbound intermodal train is passing the Tunnel Inn (located behind the photographer).  The bridge in the photo is a great place to photograph trains exiting the tunnel.  This busy rail line is a good place to catch Norfolk Southern heritage locomotives, and other specially painted units.  In many cases, at least once a day something special passes on this line!

Another westbound train is seen passing the Tunnel Inn.  The porch on the rear of the Inn is another nice place to sit back and watch trains.  This photo is taken from the north side of the tracks.

Looking south from the town railroad park (complete with a PRR caboose), the Tunnel Inn is the main building in the photo.  The fence on the bridge has camera cut-outs, for photographers.  This is a popular area for railroad photography.
